The West Hempstead Summer Program provides children* who are currently in Kindergarten through sixth grade with a unique experience. The children have the opportunity to participate in organized sports, group games, and special events.
*Child(ren) must be West Hempstead School District Resident(s)

|Program Fee:||$300.00 per child|
|Registration Deadline:||Thursday, May 31, 2018
A $20.00 late fee will be added to the registration fee for all registrations received after May 31, 2018
|Refund Policy:||There will be no refunds after Friday, June 8, 2018. Refunds issued prior to June 8th will incur a $10.00 processing fee.|

- Registration is accepted on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
- There is a strict limit of students per grade.
- PLEASE NOTE: You will receive 2 confirmations:
1st Registration Acknowledgement: Automatic email confirming receipt of payment and registration. This email does not guarantee your child’s placement as there is a strict limit of students per grade. You will be contacted regarding your registration request due to low enrollment or the grade having reached capacity.
2nd Program Confirmation: Confirmations including all of the program details- dates, time, drop off and pick up information, etc. will be sent via regular mail about 2 weeks prior to the start of the program. This will confirm your child’s registration in the program.
