Smithtown Winter Explorations Program 2019/2020 for Smithtown Students in K– 5th grade
SCOPE Education Services is once again offering an exciting Winter Explorations Program at Great Hollow Middle School for Smithtown Elementary students in grades K-5.
We are delighted to be able to offer this program to your children in the hope of providing them with enriching ways to expand their learning while having fun.

PROGRAM DATES:
Saturdays, January 4th– February 1, 2020
PROGRAM TIMES:
Session 1: 8:45am- 10:15 am
Session 2: 10:25am-11:55 am
PROGRAM LOCATION:
Great Hollow Middle School
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, January 3, 2020
REFUND DEADLINE: Friday, January 24, 2020. Refunds issued prior to January 24, 2020 will incur a $10.00 processing fee.

- Registration is accepted on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
- There is a strict limit of students per class.
- PLEASE NOTE: You will receive 2 email confirmations:
1st Registration Acknowledgement: Automatic email confirming receipt of payment and registration. This email does not guarantee your child’s placement as there is a strict limit of students per class. You will be contacted regarding your registration request due to low enrollment or the class having reached capacity.
2nd Program Confirmation: This email will be sent to you via the Director of the program. The Director will remind you of the start date and time along with any other important information regarding the program.
