Summer Creative Arts Learning Experience SCALE at Huntington

This program is for students entering grades 3-10 in September 2018
*open to out-of-district residents

Dates:	Monday, June 25 – Friday, July 20 (Program will be closed Wednesday, July 4th)
Time:	8:30 am – 12:20 pm, Monday through Friday Period 1: 8:30am – 9:20am Period 2: 9:30am – 10:20am Period 3: 10:30am – 11:20am Period 4: 11:30am – 12:20pm
Place:	Huntington High School – 188 Oakwood Road
Cost:	$138 per course** (includes a SCALE T-Shirt)
Deadline:	Registration deadline – Thursday May 31st *Secure your spots early— first-come, first-served!!*
Refunds:	Refund deadline – Friday, June 8th All payments are non-refundable after June 8, 2018. All refunds issued prior to June 8th will incur a $10.00 processing fee.
Sibling Discount:	**A 10% discount is available for multiple children enrolled in 4 courses EACH. The discount applies to ALL COURSES FOR EACH CHILD you are registering.

Registration is accepted on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
There is a strict limit of students per class.
PLEASE NOTE: You will receive 2 email confirmations:
- 1st Registration Acknowledgement: Automatic email confirming receipt of payment and registration. This email does not guarantee your child’s placement as there is a strict limit of students per class. You will be contacted regarding your registration request due to low enrollment or the class having reached capacity.
- 2nd Program Confirmation: Confirmation including all of the program details- dates, time, schedule, etc. will be sent via email about 1 week prior to the start of the program. This email will confirm your child’s registration in the program.
