SCOPE Education Services, in cooperation with the Smithtown Central School District continues the exciting Winter Explorations program for elementary school students.

Location:	Nesaquake Middle School

Dates/Times:	Session 1: Saturday January 9 – February 6, 2010 8:45 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.
	Session 2: Saturday January 9 – February 6, 2010 10:25 a.m. – 11:55 a.m.

When registering please remember to fill out all information requested on the registration information page.

PLEASE USE CHIILD'S NAME WHEN FILLING IN REGISTRATION FORM A SEPARATE REGISTRATION FORM SHOULD BE COMPLETED FOR EACH CHILD ATTENDING PLEASE INDICATE A SECOND CHOICE WHERE INDICATED
