Exploration Program Dates and Times:	Session 1: July 6 – July 16, 2010 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

	Session 2: July 6 – July 16, 2010 10:10 a.m. – 11:40 a.m.

	Session 3: July 19 – July 30, 2010 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

	Session 4: July 19 – July 30, 2010 10:10 a.m. – 11:40 a.m.

Music Program Dates:	Tuesday, July 6, 2010 through Thursday July 29, 2010

Music Program Times:	Lessons are scheduled every half hour between 7:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Please note any scheduling preferences you have on the registration information page under additional information.

Program Location:	Nesaqauke Middle School

When registering please remember to fill out all information requested on the registration information page.

A SEPARATE REGISTRATION FORM SHOULD BE COMPLETED FOR EACH CHILD ATTENDING
