Exploration Program Dates and Times:	Session 1: July 6 – July 30, 2010 8:45 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.

	Session 2: July 6 – July 30, 2010 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon

Program Location:	Sayville Middle School

A SEPARATE REGISTRATION FORM SHOULD BE COMPLETED FOR EACH CHILD ATTENDING
