Program Dates:	Session 1: July 6 – July 16, 2010 Session 2: July 19 – July 30, 2010

	Period A: 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Period B: 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Program Location:	Michael F. Stokes Elementary School

A SEPARATE REGISTRATION FORM SHOULD BE COMPLETED FOR EACH CHILD ATTENDING
