  Period A: 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Period B: 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
   
Program Location: Sycamore Avenue Elementary School

A SEPARATE REGISTRATION FORM SHOULD BE COMPLETED FOR EACH CHILD ATTENDING
